Astronomy Summer Camp on Kopaonik Mountain 2008.

With 2017 meters of elevation, Kopaonik is the highest mountain of central Serbia and has a status of a national park. A ski center also exists here, and gentle slopes of the mountain provide for a large number of blue and red rated ski tracks.

Pančić's peak is the highest point of Kopaonik mountain, with its 2017 meters of elevation. Suvo Rudište ("Dry Mining Site" in English) is a very old mine in Serbia, dating back from Roman times.

Vučak is the highest point of Karaman ridge, with 1936 meters of elevation. From here, most of the northen Kopaonik mountain can be seen.

Nebeska Stolica is an extension of the Pančić's peak massif, and has an archeological site dating back from Middle Ages. On most mountains in Serbia, traces of civilization can be found dating back to the dawn of humanity, but Celtic ruins from Iron Age are the most common.
