Boka Kotorska Bay from Verige

Verige is the narrowest part of the bay (on the far right in the photo), where the sea is only 270 meters wide. Boka Kotorska was inhabited well before Roman times, and today has lots of villages and towns open to visitors. The bay itself consists of smaller bays that were named after the towns on their shore. From the central hill in the photograph, to the left is the Risan Bay, and to the right is the Kotor Bay. Larger size image
